I’m the new Executive Director of the residency program Starry Night and ART School.

This program was founded by Monika Proffitt.

I look forward to creating new milestones and accomplishments for Starry Night Programs moving forward.

More fun facts

Starry Night is home to your new best friend, Penelope my 14 lb mixed breed. She is part Terrier, Dachshund, and Beagle of Love. If you attend Starry Night Residency Program, you’ll get to meet her, She is also our new Residency Mascot. For those of you who remember Nina, our last Residency Mascot, she is a retired city cat now, enjoying the world of art and culture in New York City with Monika.

I have been published in the Paris based quarterly Clam Mag. As writer and photographer of an article for a music artist I represented. It was an amazing experience.

I have traveled overseas and taken in the details large and small.

I have lived a bohemian life on the road and traveled around North America in a great conversion van named Vincent Van Go Gogh!

I have lived in many towns, both large and small, all around the country, and now I am so excited to call Starry Night Residency in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico my home.

Kate Hall aka Keke aka Keke Inc is a mixed media artist, photographer, and entrepreneur. In the past, she has been in sales, administration, IT, and management both in and out of the art world. Historically and periodically, she has also been a furniture designer for The Family Tree Woodworkers of Minnesota.

Keke’s work has been exhibited around the Midwest and found homes in multiple private collections.

Keke is also the new Executive Director of Starry Night Programs, which offers artist residencies in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, as well Artist Resources and Tools online program, and other free artist resources for artists to learn the business side of being an artist.
